On Tuesday, March 7th, celebrity chef Mathew Kenney hosted a private tasting session at his house in LA. Guests were among the first to experience the delicious flavors of Climax Blue and Climax Brie, two unique cheeses, made from plants!

The tasting event was more than just an opportunity to sample delicious food. Guests also had the chance to discuss the future of food and how Climax plant-based cheese can help contribute to a more sustainable environment.

The event was held in anticipation of the upcoming collaboration between Climax and three renowned Michelin-star and celebrity chefs: Dominique Crenn, Mathew Kenney, and Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Starting in April, these three chefs will be serving Climax’s world-class plant-based cheese in their respective restaurants.
